INTRODUCTION: Combi-Cam E – electronic cabinet lock with master/manager code, one-time-use functionality, and up to 10 years battery life. Combi-Cam E can be installed for both right and left hand installations – anywhere that needs flexibility of master/manager codes. The eco-friendly MiniK10 offers both convenience of far less frequent battery changes and a more environmentally friendly solution. - Page 3 MULTIPLE USER MODE (LOCKER MODE / ONE TIME USE MODE) In multiple user mode, opening and closing with a password process is same as Single User. The Combi-Cam miniK 10 lock may not be opening due to one or more of the following reasons:
1. Incorrect Password Entry: The user, service, or master password entered may be incorrect. The factory default user password is <1-0-1-0> and the master password is <1-0-1-0-1-0>.
2. Password Forgotten: If the correct password is forgotten, the lock cannot be opened.
3. Handle Not Rotated in Time: After entering a correct password and pressing the button, the handle must be rotated within 5 seconds to open the lock.
4. Lock is Blocked: If the service password is active and blocking is enabled (Program 9.1), the lock may be intentionally blocked.
