Smartphone FAQs
1.14.3 The navigation application on my phone cannot receive
signals from GPS satellites. What can I do?
Take your phone to an area with better signal strength.
Check the Location services settings. If only GPS satellites is selected, this problem may
occur when you are in a built-up area. To solve this problem, take your phone to an open area.
You may have to try for several times before your phone receives signals from GPS satellites.
1.14.4 When used indoor, my phone usually fails to locate my
position. When it finally locates my position, the displayed
position is far from the actual position. Why? Does my phone
support voice navigation?
This problem may occur because GPS signals received indoor are weak. If you attempt to use
GPS to determine your location, your phone may not be able to receive signals from GPS
satellites.
The location accuracy is dependent on the accuracy of the GPS satellites and the map used by
your phone.
You can use voice navigation if your navigation application supports this function.
