1. Before using the system charge th e PAINLESS TENS with the enclosed USB cable and adapter or connect the unit by the USB cable to a computer. 2. Make sure both (2) inputs of the PAINLESS TENS unit are connected into the snap-pin connectors of the gel electrode pad.
