QUICK START GUIDE The P330A pedometer can be setup using the default values, so for a quick setup all you need to do is set the clock. This will provide you with average estimates for your calories burnt and distance walked.

6) Tilt the pedometer left and hold in position to decrease the values, or tilt right and hold in position to increase the values. Note: If you selected 12Hr previously and the current time is in the afternoon (PM) make sure you increase the hour number until PM is displayed 7) Once the desired value is displayed tilt the pedometer back to the horizontal position.

PLACING THE ACTIVITY TRACKER INTO THE WRISTBAND When placing the activity tracker into the wristband, make sure the button of the tracker is on the same side as the notch on the wristband.
