Never leave equipment unattended with the tractor running. 7. Never place hands or feet into hopper with tractor engine running or before you are sure all motion has stopped. 2. Attach the left and right protection attachment plates (see #2, fig. 3) to the “U” shaped protection (see #3, fig. 3) using the M8x45 bolts, Ø8 washers and M8 nuts. WARNING: Never attempt to attach the implement to the tractor or make adjustments to it without first turning the tractor off. CAUTION: Check the tractor PTO rpm to ensure it is set at 540 rpm and turns clockwise. Refer to Table 2 - Technical Features, page 35. 4. Shift the transmission to a slow speed gear and start forward, increase the ground speed by shifting upward until the desired speed is obtained. Do not use in reverse unless absolutely necessary and only after careful observation of the area behind the spreader. BEFCO PERATION... -

This type of material has a tendency to bridge in the hopper. The agitator extension is assembled on the existing agitator using the supplied spring. 3.12 - Optional Hydraulic Gate Control The hydraulic gate control allows the operator to control the opening and closing of the gate using the tractors hydraulic system.
