CHARGING THE TABLET To charge the FITLIGHT™ tablet, simply plug the tablet charger into a functioning wall outlet and then connect the charger to the charging port located beside the Dongle. As with the FITLIGHTS™, it is recommended that the tablet be charged for at least 3 hours prior to use. -

For each Mode there are two distance settings available: 10 CM (~4”) and 80 CM (~31”). In setting the distance to 10 CM, it will require you to be very close to the FITLIGHT™ to deactivate it; this is ideal for 10 CM workouts focusing on precision. -
