Heart Rate

a) Your JBL Reflect Fit is compatible with fitness apps that support heart
rate sensors, like MapMyRun™, Endomondo and 咕咚.
After pairing JBL Reflect Fit Audio (see step 6), follow the app
instructions to connect the heart rate sensors. Premium membership
may be required for in-app heart rate function.
b) To manually power on/off the built-in heart rate sensors,
press and hold the heart rate button for 3 seconds
c) Heart rate sensors is located inside the RIGHT earbud, inside the
sound tunnel.
