CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Your RadioShack CT-354 Handheld Cellular Phone is an
example of superior design and craftsmanship and
should be treated with care. These suggestions allow you
to enjoy this phone for many years.
• Keep the phone and all its parts and accessories out
of the reach of children.
• Keep the phone dry. Precipitation, humidity and liq-
uids might contain minerals that corrode electronic
circuits.
• Do not use or store the phone in dusty, dirty areas.
Its moving parts can be damaged.
• Do not store the phone in hot areas. Temperature
extremes can shorten the life of electronic devices,
damage batteries, and warp or melt plastic parts.
• Do not store the phone in cold areas. When the
phone warms up (to its normal operating tempera-
ture), moisture can form inside the phone, which
could damage the phone's electronic circuits.
• Do not attempt to open the phone. Non-expert han-
dling of the phone can damage it.
• Do not drop, knock, or shake the phone. Rough han-
dling can break internal circuit boards.
• Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents, or
strong detergents to clean the phone. Wipe it with a
soft cloth slightly dampened in a mild soap and
water solution.
Modifying or tampering with your phone's internal compo-
nents could violate its warranty and void your FCC autho-
rization to use it. If the phone or any of its accessories are
not working properly, take them to your local RadioShack
store for assistance.
