In order to comply with 18 U.S. Code § 2512 federal law, the audio recording function has been removed from the AC15. You can rest assured that this device is 100% legal to use in the USA. Please be familiar with your country and state surveillance laws before using this product.
To Start Recording: 1. Plug in the AC15 into a wall outlet, with camera above the USB plug. 2. The red and blue lights will turn on for 3 seconds and then a blue light will flash 3 times and shut off indicating video recording has begun.

To Stop Recording: 1. Unplug the AC15 from the wall outlet. 2. After 3 seconds of being unplugged the indicator light will flash red 3 times indicating the AC15 has powered off and the last recording has been saved.
Recording/ Resolution Settings 1. Connect the AC15 to a PC via the USB to USB cable. 2. Open the disk that appears on the PC. 3. Open the file named “time.txt”. 4. Edit the last line “A1” to one of the settings bellow in the format YYYY.MM.DD HH:MM:SS A1...

Playback Files Download videos to a computer and remove from the AC15. 1. Using the included USB to USB cable, plug one end into the AC15 and the other into a PC. 2. The red and blue lights will turn on for 3 seconds and then a blue.
This option allows for editing the date and time of the AC15. 1. Unplug the AC15. 2. Connect the AC15 to a PC via the USB to USB cable. 3. Open the disk that appears on the PC. 4. Open the file named “time.txt”.
8. Disconnect the AC15 from the PC. 9. The changes will take effect on the next use. Reset Device Unplug your AC15 and it will automatically reset. NOTE: Reseting doesn’t delete any stored files.
