The drive unit should always be disconnected from the power supply before cleaning. Operational Safety. The whole Metcalfe range incorporates safety devices which prevent the appliance from being used if the machine is not assembled correctly.

- Page 6 Suggested Uses Mayonnaise Break eggs into the bowl with some salt and start to whisk. After a few seconds, start pouring the oil (groundnut or sunflower seed oil ) very slowly through the in-feed hole in the lid. Finish by adding lemon juice (or vinegar) without switching off – the mayonnaise will be ready after a few minutes.
