User’s Guide .6 INSTALLATION FOR IP SHARE When IP-CAM is installed under IP Share, it can obtain a dynamic IP address from DHCP server. If you want to install the IP-CAM in WAN interface, you have to set a fixed IP address for the device. No matter whether your IP Share has the function of virtual server, it is necessary for IP-CAM to set a fixed IP address.
