1. Assemble Printer(Include feet, Feedup, takeup,etc)
Warning: Do Not Install Printhead Now!!!
2. Printer Appearance Inspecting, Clean Scrap Iron or Aluminum.
3. Measuring the Voltage between fire line & Zero line & Earth line.
4. Turn power on.
5. Inspecting the Panel and Start "Self Test"
6. Software Installing
7. Connect USB line and Install Hardware

Equip the material.  Using Maintop to RIP a file.(With the correct ICC setting).  Open Printsystem software to print.  19P2-R Must Make sure select the correct model, No heads&Ink, the Carriage will move and “Print”.

Install the white connector to the head, plug the head cables to the head, and later  install it with screws to the carriage. See attached pic below.

See attached pics please.  Pics needed to be confirmed before powering on printer lest burning the printhead.  Warning: MUST MAKE SURE THE HEAD CALBES SEQUENCE.

Make sure the cables sequence is correct, turn on the printer again.  Check again the headboard’s 6 lights, make sure it’s working.  Open the control software and fill the inks.

Open Path: Job-Option-Adjust Printhead Click “Check nozzle”, then the printer prints a nozzle test as below:  Observing this printing result, we can see it’s not aligned.  Then we adjust this value carefully, from “1590” to “1565”, till it’s aligned.
