How to replace or add remote controls … Locate serial number in one of the following locations: 1. In case of remote control missing, user can remove the four (4) screws and take off glass front cover to obtain serial number shown on the label placed inside housing, see picture below. Note the last digit of the serial number P2XXXXXXXX (X=0~9) then notify dealer. -
