D100 User Manual Platform Calibration For a proper printing, the D100 printer must calibrate its print platform. The calibration should perform on the following situation. – When first time power on your printer. – After change of Extruder. – After cleaning of print head nozzle.
D100 User Manual Loading/Changing Filament D100 printer is designed to using 1.75mm PLA filament. There is a filament holding kit bundled with D100 printer. It can be install on 3 different locations of D100 printer to fit your condition. Procedures: 1) Install filament holding kit.

5) Insert the filament into the extruder. Then press [Change filament] button once again. 6) The D100 printer will try to load the filament. Please hold the filament and push it towards the extruder gently. When you feel the extruder pulling the filament, you can let go the filament.
D100 User Manual Print built-in testing object It is recommended that print the build-in testing object for the first time power on D100 printer. The testing object is stored inside the printer, no need SD card or PC connection. Procedures: 1) Remove SD card from printer.
Intel or AMD system with Dual-core processor or above Minimum 20GB free space is available The application software and USB driver for your D100 printer can be found in the bundled SD-Card Application folder, or it can be downloaded from Magna Concept website.
D100 User Manual Generate G-Code file The object file of D100 printer is G-Code format. All 3D objects which are created in your CAD application software must be converted to G- Code file format before sending to print. Magna-D100 application is the software which can convert your 3D objects from STL file format to G-Code file format for printing.
D100 User Manual Print G-Code file on SD Card The D100 printer has a SD Card slot that allow user to print the object on the SD Card. It will always use the file “print.gcode” for printing. Note: SD Card must format as FAT32 or FAT.
Only trained service technicians are authorized to remove the covers and access any of the components inside the D100 printer. CAUTION: The D100 printer should be “Power Off” by pressing the power switch to “OFF”...

– Clean the air vents on sides of the D100 printer with a clean, damp cloth. Lint, dust and other foreign materials can block the vents and restrict the airflow.
