It is also required that the power socket be grounded reliably, otherwise electric leakage from the equipment may occur (sparking may occur). Madell Technology, Corp. 4.5 Description of Temperature Curve The control of temperature curve is critical to ensure soldering quality. The temperature curve is soldering past melting curve, which consists of five processes: temperature rising process → temperature keeping process → rapid temperature rising process → soldering process → cooling process. -

Madell Technology, Corp. cooling time can be set according to the practical needs; in general, it is set as 3 minutes for leaded soldering and 3.30 minutes for lead-free soldering; see the above programming method for details. The air duct is designed as normally closed, and it is controlled by the temperature control system for open/close and is automatically opened for cooling based on the practical needs. - Page 19 Madell Technology, Corp. reflow soldering machine. No impact to the probe on the top of the sensor is permitted. The probe part shall be wiped slightly and routinely with cotton ball soaked with absolute alcohol to avoid remaining dirt that will impact the normal operation. C.
