To Operate Brakes
To Operate Front Swivel Wheel Lock
To lock brake: Push down on

brake bar to lock wheels.
To unlock brake: Lift up on
2
brake bar.
Unlock f ront swivel: P ull latch

located on the l eft hand s ide of
frame beneath the f olding latch
towards y ou u ntil button pops
out.
Lock f ront swivel : Release l atch
2
and the front wheel will lock into
place.
Please Note: On rough surfaces, lock
the wheel to keep straight. On smooth
surfaces, unlock to allow the wheel
to swivel.
