Thank you for choosing the SGS Instruments SLTD 100 Salinity / TDS /
Temperature meter. This manual will provide you the necessary information
for correct operation. Please read it carefully before using the meter. SGS
Instruments cannot accept any responsibility for damage or malfunction of
the sensor due to improper use. The information in this manual is subject
to change, without notice, as improvements or additions to the product are
made by SGS Instruments.
If you need additional technical information or have questions about
the SLTD 100, please contact the SGS Instruments Tech Support

Warranty

The SLTD 100 is warranted for two years against defects in workmanship
and materials when used for its intended purpose and maintained according
to instructions. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement free of
charge for the two year warranty period. Damages due to accident, misuse,
water penetration of the handheld enclosure, tampering or lack of prescribed
maintenance are not covered under this limited warranty.
If warranty service is required, you will need the date of purchase, serial
number and the nature of the failure when contacting SGS Instruments. If
the meter needs to be returned to SGS Instruments, first obtain a Returned
Goods Authorization number from the SGS Customer Service / Tech Support
Department and then send the meter with the shipping costs prepaid. When
shipping the instrument, make sure it is properly packaged for complete
protection; include your contact information and a description of what is
wrong with your meter. If the repair is not covered by the warranty, you
will be notified of the cost to repair (or upgrade) the meter; confirmation is
needed prior to any repairs being made.
