G850P Handset Manual Messages SMS messages are personal short text messages, of up to 160 characters long that the user can send to, or receive from, another GSM phone user. The messages are not sent directly to the other GSM phone but go via a Service center, which keeps the message while the destination phone is unreachable (within the validity period of the message). -

G850P Handset Manual If no characters are entered in the screen the right soft-key “Back” returns to the previous screen. As soon as one or more characters are entered the soft key becomes “Delete” , and is used to delete the character directly before the cursor. -

G850P Handset Manual Voice Mail Selecting Voice Mail will immediately start to call the voice mail number stored on the SIM card (or phone memory - the SIM card having priority). G850P Handset Manual Call barring Call barring is a network feature which, when activated, can disable some outgoing/Reveived calls to/from phone. This feature requires a network code supplied by the service provider when the user subscribes to this service. On selection of call barring, the phone requests the user enter the Call barring network password. -
