IR TV Remote - Programming is easier with the optional IR TV Remote. Contact Life Fitness (see
page one for information) to order one or more IR TV Remote controls if desired.
POWER
Switch on TV when at standby mode or vice-versa
MUTE
Press to mute the sound. Press again or press
VOL + to unmute.
NUMBER BUTTONS
Press 0-9 to select a TV channel directly when you
are watching TV. The channel changes after two
seconds.

Press this button to enter a program number for
multiple program channels such as 2-1, etc.
Return to the previous channel viewed.
CH +/-
Press to scan through channels. To scan channels
quickly, press and hold down either +/- button.
VOL +/-
Press to increase or decrease the sound level.
MTS
Press to select the audio channels.
CC
Press to display the closed caption.
DISPLAY
Press to display the source and channel's
information.
