  • Page 7 Identifying the Parts of your WTE-500 Phone 1. Keypad lock key To lock keypad and prevent numbers from being dialed accidentally, push and hold the lock button on the upper left hand side of the phone. To release the keypad lock press the same button and hold.

  • Page 12 Adjusting your Call Volume You can adjust your speaker volume during a call. 1. To increase phone volume find the on the left -hand side of your phone and press up. The display will show you a volume meter so you can keep track of how much you are raising the phone’s volume.

    Call History This feature allows one to view a list of: - Incoming Calls that have connected to this phone - Outgoing Calls that have been dialed with this phone - Missed Calls : incoming numbers that did not manage to connect to this phone - Call Timer : details the amount of time spent on each call - Call Memo : where you have recorded numbers given to you during the course of a call.

    3. Select the Call History feature by pushing OK with the right soft key or pushing the number 1. 4. Select Call Timer by scrolling with your navigation key until that option is highlighted and pushing OK with the right soft key, or by pressing the number 4. 5.

You will hear another tone when you have traveled back into your proper service area and again can make and receive calls.

These settings will affect your monthly billing amounts and your phones Network performance. It allows you to select which system your phone is setup to access when you make outgoing calls. You will have to enter your 4-digit lock code before being able to change your Roaming Settings.
