    Loading paper roll 1. printer is equipped with paper roll bracket ,User can put roll spindle through thermal paper roll then put whole roll on bracket made by MASUNG. 2. Make sure the thermal layer upward and load paper.(The printer will feed paper automatically when the printer is power on)

    How to open printer head and clear jam paper When paper jam happened on printers.  Turn off the power and tear the paper before the paper feed mouth  Press yellow knob under printer head to open printer head.
