CIRCULAR SAW Instruction Manual Intended Usage The 185mm Circular Saw is in-tended for use in private households. It is not intended for use in commercial or industrial environments and is not suitable for use outdoors. Safety instructions WARNING! Please read and understand all instructions. If operating a power tool in a damp location is unavoidable, use a residual current device (RCD) protected supply. Use of an RCD reduces the risk of electric shock. NOTE The term residual current device (RCD) may be replaced by the term ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) or earth leakage circuit breaker (ELCB) Personal Safety Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating a power tool.

- Page 5 CIRCULAR SAW Support large panels to minimize the risk of blade pinching and kickback. Large panels tend to sag under their own weight. Supports must be placed under the panel on both sides, near the line of cut and near the edge of the panel.
- Page 6 CIRCULAR SAW 5. Raise the lower guard (14) by using the lever for lower guard (1)，and the remove the saw blade. 6. Clean the saw blade flanges, then mount the new saw blade onto the output spindle and against the inner flange.
- Page 7 CIRCULAR SAW Gradually lower the blade on to the material to be cut using the front end of the shoe as a pivot point. When the blade starts cutting, release the lower guard. When the shoe is resting flat on the surface being cut, proceed cutting in a forward direction to the end of the cut.
