Staudachstraße, 3 6858 Schwarzach Austria 2.3 Machinery description The FLOWMOULD system is designed to make soles fitted to the athlete in diffe- rent sports, using specific soles by LENZ and the patented machinery object of this document. The machinery is capable of determine the correct shoe size of the user, align the foot via the onboard LASER and molding the sole through a thermal process. - Page 8 Lenz Ges.m.b.H. Staudachstraße, 3 6858 Schwarzach Austria 3.2 Emergency stop At any time, if necessary, it is possible to stop the machinery by activating the re- lative command on the touch screen. This command interrupts the heating of the soles and resets the machinery at the start settings.

The total weight of the machinery and the packaging combined is over 75 kg, the- refore every movement of the packaging must be performed with specific handling equipment (transpallet, forklift). -

Staudachstraße, 3 6858 Schwarzach Austria 5 - Use of the machinery 5.1 Operation of the machinery After starting the Flowmould APP, the device will automa- tically connect with the machinery, if not, please press the CONNECT button. In seconds, the app and the machinery will connect, and the ‘STANDBY’ screen will appear. - Page 11 Lenz Ges.m.b.H. The insole model is written on the sole. Once the insoles are in place, select the desired sole model by pressing the relative button.

The cooling process begins after the heating process. Throughout the cycle, the surface underneath the soles will move to give shape to the soles themselves, these move- ments are normal and are part of the machine functions.
