- Page 2 Thank you for purchasing the larger version of the Judder pedal. This version is an enhanced copy of the mini pedal from 2009. The effect was designed to sample and repeat constantly renewable sound loops at the press of a button. To do this, the input is constantly being recorded in the background, like a tape loop.
- Page 3 Controls 1/4 BPM Varies the length of the sample being taken. The scale shows a BPM reference, this number is a 1/4 division of the actual BPM (4 repeats per beat). HOLD Controls the feedback of the repeats. At 5 it achieves constant hold.
- Page 4 Switches EFFECT In central position (‘JUDDER’ mode), no more sound is added to the sample. In LAYER the sample can be layered over. STUTTER mode acts as cut or boost (altered by MIX control). MOD. Modulates the sample length and pitch using the LFO or ENV.

Judder/Stutter Dry Mix Layer Dry Mix TAP FOOTSWITCH Momentary switch that turns effect on and off, depending on the status of the LOCK footswitch. It uses a centre negative polarity 2.1mm socket (see diagram below), standard to 9v guitar pedals.
