Fibreglass or carbon spar STEP Approx 500mm Mark the centre of the spar with a marker. Squeeze some uhu por into the hole in the wing and insert the spar and twist to spread the glue out. Use uhu por glue to coat both faces of the wings insert spar and hold the wing together using some strapping tape.

Covering the wing STEP Spray the underneath of the wing thoroughly using the spray glue then using the 50mm strapping tape, tape the underneath as shown, wrapping the overlapping tape over to the top, repeat the process for the top. STEP Coloured tape, Spray once more and cover the wing with the coloured tape starting from the back to the front with a 3mm overlap.

STEP Using 25mm strapping tape or cutting 50mm tape down the centre, attach the elevons. 1. Run a strip down the back edge of one side of the wing, half on half off, offer up the elevon at a downward angle as show, attach it to the tape. 2.

STEP Wingtips: Cut some stapping tape, and wrap it around the front section of the wingtip, top and bottom. Feed a strip through the slots and attach top & bottom. STEP Final Set up 1. Check the centre of gravity is 220mm back from the nose point 2.
