The Digital picture frame can display images up to 16
Megapixels.
No. The colour, contrast and brightens settings are all preset
in the factory for your screen.
You can, but a card and a USB drive is plugged in to the
Digital Picture frame at the same time it will default to the
USB drive only. You will need to remove the USB drive and
restart to read the card.
The slideshow settings in are preset at the factory and
cannot be changed.
The Digital Picture frame can only be set to show images in
the Landscape format. Images taken in the portrait mode
will be displayed in the "pillar box' format.
SOLUTION.
• Power not connected or turned on
• Power switch in off position
• Card in wrong files system. Cards and drives should
be in FAT/FAT32 only. Reformat card/drive if
required.
• Card not seated correctly. Remove and replace.
Files in wrong format. Convert format to JPEG
Large images files can affect the performance of the Digital
Picture Frames. Copy & Reduce image resolution. Lower
resolution will also reduce size required for each file
allowing more images on your card or Flash drive.
