You can use your phone to create account books.
Find the Feature

> Tools
> Calendar > View all notes
To
scroll to the desired calendar
select the calendar
open the options menu
scroll to Call
make a call
> Tools
> Calendar > Account book
> Make accounts
To
enter a date
highlight the Amount box
enter an amount
highlight the Item box
