If the use of an extension cord cannot be avoided, use a No.14 AWG minimum size cord that is rated for no less than 1875 watts. Electro Boss Company is not liable for damages or injuries resulting from the use of extension cords or power strips.
Page 3 USING YOUR GREAT BASIN FOOD DEHYDRATOR Unpack your Electro Boss Great Basin Food Dehydrator. Wash your trays and lids with warm water and soap. Wipe the base of the dehydrator with a dry or damp cloth. Never submerse the base in water.
Page 4: Drying Fruits
Drying Fruits Select ripe fruits. Wash fruits and remove pits. Fruits can be cut to your preference: sliced, halved, peeled, unpeeled. Fruits that are sliced thin and peeled will dry the fastest. Small fruits that are left whole, such as blueberries or grapes, should be dipped in boiling water for 30 seconds and then in an ice bath to crack the skin.
