Pause and Unpausing Agents in Queues To pause ourselves in a queue we will use the up/down key to highlight the queue that we want paused. We will pick the SC-Sales and press the (Un)Pause button. © copyright 2011, Schmooze Com Inc. All Rights Reserved.

We will now see a “/” next to queue SC-Sales to show us we are logged into this queue and paused. Do the same to unpause a queue and the “/” will be replaced with “X” next to the queue to show we are now logged in and unpaused. © copyright 2011, Schmooze Com Inc. All Rights Reserved.
