It runs automatically, and takes between 45 and 65 minutes depending on the size of the unit; if an UltraVent is in use, the test will take around 20 minutes longer.

    13 Options 13 Options Left and right heat shields (not suitable for Combi-Duo and UltraVent) If it is not possible to keep the left side (or right, on unit sizes 61 and 11) of the unit a sufficient distance away from heat sources, an additional heat shield can reduce thermal loads.

Installing a condensation breaker and the includ- ed pipes can divert steam escaping from the exhaust pipe into non-critical areas, or towards the extraction fan of a ventilation system.
