    SECTION 1 INTRODUCTION 1.1 DESCRIPTION The Stoelting E111 and F111I counter machines are grav- ity fed. The machines are equipped with fully automatic controls to provide a uniform product. They are designed to operate with almost any type of commercial soft serve or non-dairy mixes available, including: ice milk, ice cream, yogurt, and frozen dietary desserts.
