PVE400 Quick Start Guide 1. Connect the Bullet Camera to the camera connector (4) – the white guide markings on the PVE interface and camera interface should be lined up. If there are no white alignment dots, simply rotate until it mates.

6. Set your PC network adapter to static IP address on subnet 192.168.1.x. For example 192.168.1.100: 7. By default the wired PVE400 Ethernet port is configured with a static IP address 192.168.1.250. By utilizing the PVE-AUX cable you can access the PVE400 and configure the network settings, a/v settings and diagnostics using the web management interface by launching the Internet Browser session to http://192.168.1.250.

8. After browsing the IP address of the PVE unit, the dialog box requesting the user account should appear. 11. Confirm acceptance and when installed you will be able to view live video from the PVE unit via the Darim’s Active-X plug-in on the VIDEO tab 12. To turn off – press and hold the power button (1) until green Power LED (5) is off.
