- Page 6 Mosquito Cover Installation Secure Straps STEP 1: Fasten each upper securing strap around frame just below actuator. STEP 2: Wrap lower securing straps around seat frame and clasp behind footrest. STEP 3: Tighten strap to fit securely around seat.
