  • Page 5 AVOID STRANGULATION HAZARDS: • Strings can cause strangulation! DO NOT place items with a string around child’s neck (hood strings, pacifier cords, etc.) or attach strings to toys. • DO NOT suspend strings into a cot. • DO NOT place the cot near a window where cords from blinds or drapes can strangle a child.

  • Page 8 How to Assemble Your Portable Cot To Open Portable Cot WARNING • Failure to lock all 4 top rails in upright position and lock centre floor handle can result in death by suffocation. • Infants can suffocate: • In gaps between the side of the product and either an extra mattress or a mattress too small or too thick.
  • Page 9 Lift each top rail until it locks. • Top rails automatically lock when lifted fully. • Top rails cannot lock if the floor is flattened first. • If one or more of the top rails will not lock, pull sharply on centre floor handle to make sure floor joint(s) are unlocked.
  • Page 10 Inspect Portable Cot Before Use IMPORTANT: Always use this illustration to inspect the portable cot before use. Push down on all 4 top rails to make sure they are locked (“A on illustration). Push down on all 4 floor joints and the floor centre to make sure they are locked and floor is completely flat (“B”...
  • Page 11 Place clips over portable cot and push down on all 8 bassinet clips to secure onto top rails. Place floor pad in bassinet, with the padded side up. To Attach Canopy Attach velcro to the middle of one long side of the portacot. Wrap the elastic on the canopy around both corners of the portacot.
  • Page 12 To Assemble and Attach Changing Table IMPORTANT: Make sure portable cot is fully assembled with floor pad in place. Take one of the provided metal tubes and slide through one of the sleeves at either end of the changing table.   • Page 13 How to Properly Use Your New Portable Cot To Secure Child in Changing Table WARNING: Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding off. Always use safety restraint. Make sure changing table is resting securely on portable cot. To fasten restraint buckle, push together as shown.
  • Page 14 To Remove Changing Table Remove U-shaped clips of changing table from portable cot rails. Remove both short metal tubes from changing table sleeve by pressing metal button inward and guide tube out of opening of U-shaped clips. Repeat process for other side. Fold changing table and store in zippered compartment on outside of travel bag.
  • Page 15 To Fold Portable Cot IMPORTANT: Top rails cannot be unlocked first. Remove bassinet, changing table and portable cot floor pad. Take hold of handle and turn handle to vertical position and pull upright to unlock floor. Handle should be even with top rails.
  • Page 16 To Pack Portable Cot Lay floor pad flat on the floor, padded side up and place folded portable cot off centre on second floor panel as shown. Wrap floor pad around folded portable cot. Thread velcro straps through rings on floor pad. Pull bag down over portable cot.
  • Page 17 Trouble Shooting Guide Top rails fail to lock into an upright position. Centre of floor must be raised up to level of top rails. A sharp pull on the centre floor handle will release floor locks allowing the top rails to be locked upright. If necessary, hold the centre floor handle with one hand and lock rails one at a time.
