Bare your wrist and do not wrap the wristband round too tight. Patients with serious blood circulation disorders or blood diseases should use the device under the direction of a doctor.
  • Page 5 Caution When the air pocket is pressurized excessively, it may cause damage to your arm. If this situation occurs, loosen the wristband immediately. Overcharging for a long time may result in damage to the hardware and batteries. Power off promptly when charging is complete.

  • Page 8 Preparations for Measurement  Installing app software on the display terminal The XM-01 electronic sphygmomanometer supports Android and IOS app software. Before using the sphygmomanometer, please ensure the following items are in order. The Health cloud application software has been installed on the display terminal of the mobile phone or tablet PC.
  • Page 9  Please wear the wristband correctly as shown in the following figure 1. Keeping your palm and the sphygmomanometer’s obverse side facing upwards, wrap the wristband about 5 to 10 mm from your left wrist joint (about the width of one little finger).Keep your wrist and heart as close to the same height as possible (see Figure 2).
