No light on one side of Scorer- Home or Visitor
Step 1: Please exchange the Scoring Sensor Wires.

No light on both sides of Scorer- "Home & Visitor"

Step 1: Check the "Start" button on the electronic scorer that it is turned on.
Step 2: Check that both scoring sensor wires are well connected to the connect box.

If it is still not working replace the Scoring Sensor Wire with a new one.
If it is still not working: Please replace the Connect Box with a new one.
If it is still not working: Please replace the Electronic Scorer with a new one.
Re-press the "Start" button.
Unplug then re-plug back into the connect box making sure you have a good
connection.
