Install your Range Extender
Plug the AC adapter into the Range Extender in its final location, and then plug the other
end into the electrical outlet wall socket and switch the power on.
Or if you want to mount the Range Extender on a wall:
1. Plug the AC adapter into the Range Extender, thread the cable through the locking
slot (ensuring the cable does not protrude and prevent the unit from fitting flush
against the wall) and then bundle the power cable with a twist tie.
2. Test the signal strength in the final location as described in "Getting Started" on
page 6, and then install two wall-mount screws in the wall.
3. Put the wall mount slot on the back of the Range Extender over the screw heads
and slide the Range Extender down into place.
NOTE: Be sure the wall material can hold the weight of the Range Extender.
Never install a Range Extender in damaged or decaying wall material.
