Tanımı ve Çalışması Amacı SOEKS NİTRAT TESTER 2, bundan sonra cihaz olarak adlandırılacak olan, taze meyve, sebze nitrat içeriğinin ifade analizi için tasarlanmıştır. Nitrat içeriği analizi, ölçülen gıda ürünlerinin değişen yüksek frekanslı akımına bağlıdır. Özellikler Cihazın teknik özellikleri bu kılavuzda Tablo 1’de gösterilmiştir. -

Cihaz Cihazın ana yapı elemanları, Resim 1 ‘de gösterilmiştir. 1. Ekran- Ölçüm sonuçlarını ve hizmet bilgilerini görüntülemek için kullanılır. 2. «YUKARI» düğmesi- navigasyon menüsünde bir düğme. 3. «Geri» düğmesi- geri düğmesi (iptal). 4. «OK» düğmesi- Cihazın açma / kapama düğmesi, onay düğmesi (giriş). 5. «Aşağı» düğmesi- navigasyon menüsünde bir düğme. 6. «İleri» düğmesi - onay düğmesi (giriş). 7. Yüksek elektrik iletkenliğinin nitrat iyonlarının varlığının bir sonucu olması muhtemel. SOEKS NİTRAT TESTER 2 nitrat iyonu içeriğine göre hakim edilir. Bunların meyve ve sebze yüzdeleri, bağımsız analiz yöntemi (Rusya Ulusal Standardına (GOST) göre nitrat içeriğinin potansiyometrik olarak belirlenmesi) «Meyve ve sebze geri dönüşüm ürünleri, nitrat içeriği tanımlaması»... - Page 8 Ölçülen elektrik iletkenliği nitrat iyonu içeriğine bağlıdır. Bu bağımlılık cihazda kayıtlıdır ve standart elektrik iletkenliklerini dikkate alarak farklı meyve ve sebzeler için farklılık gösterebilir. Ekspres analizin sonucu, cihaz tarafından nitrat iyonu konsantrasyonu ve belirli ürün için maksimum izin verilen konsantrasyon ile karşılaştırılması şeklinde gösterilir.
- Page 9 «Nitrate tester» moduna girdikten sonra, bir ürün listesi görürsünüz (resim 7). Listeden bir ürün seçmek ve «OK» düğmesine veya «GİRİŞ» a basmak gereklidir. Ana menüye dönmek için «GERİ» düğmesine basınız. Ürünü seçtikten sonra, ekranda adı, standart nitrat içeriğini (mg/kg) göreceksiniz ve sondanın nasıl girileceğine dair öneri ekleyeceksiniz (Resim 8).

Description and device operation Purpose SOEKS NITRATE TESTER 2, hereafter referred to as the device, is designed for express analysis of nitrate content in fresh fruit, vegetables. Nitrate content analysis is based on conductivity of alternating high- frequency current in the measured product. -

The device Main parts device construction are presented below. 1. Display is designed to show measurement results and service information. 2. Button [UP] – moving up in the menu. 3. Button [BACK] – going back to previous menu (cancelling). 4. Button [ОК] – turning the device on/off, confirmation button. 5. Button [DOWN] – moving up in the menu. 6. Button [NEXT] – confirm selection. -

It is very likely that increased electrical conductivity is a result of nitrate ions presence. SOEKS NITRARE TESTER 2 is mastered according to nitrate ions content. Percentage of these in fruit and vegetables is identified by independent analysis method (potentiometric identification of nitrate content according to Russian National Standard (GOST) «Fruit and vegetables recycling... - Page 22 The measured electrical conductivity depends on nitrate ion content. This dependence is registered in the device and can differ for different fruit and vegetables, taking into account their standard electrical conductivity. The result of express analysis is shown by the device in the form of nitrate ion concentration and its comparison to maximum permissible concentration for certain product.
- Page 23 After entering «MEASUREMENT» mode, you will see a list of products (pic.7). It is necessary to choose a product from the list and press «OK» button or «ENTER». In order to return to main menu, press «BACK» button. After choosing the product, you will see name on the display, standard nitrate content (mg/kg) and insert recommendation how to enter the probe (pic.8).
