KaZAM Limited Liability Company warrants to the original retail purchaser of the KaZAM mini that should the KaZAM mini or any part thereof be proven defective in material or workmanship within one year from the date of original purchase, such defects will be repaired or replaced, at the Company’s option, without charge for parts or labor.
