1.12.1 Will the phone stop playing streaming media when I

receive an incoming call? After the call, does it continue to play?



1.12.2 The phone cannot play some streaming media. Why?



The following audio/video codes and file formats are supported:

Video encoding: MPEG4, H263, H264

Audio encoding: AAC, AMR-NB/WB

File formats: 3gp and mp4

Maximum coding rate: 4 Mbps



1.12.3 What may cause poor quality of online streaming media

played by the phone?



Issue 01 (2014-03-29)

Front camera: 5M (2560 x 1920), 3.6M (2560 x 1440), 1.3M (1280 x 960), 0.9M (1280 x

720), 0.3M (640 x 480). The default value is 5M (2560 x 1920)

The mobile phone stops playing the streaming media when you have an incoming call.

If the call lasts less than three minutes, the streaming media automatically continues to

play after you hang up. If the call lasts more than three minutes, you need to manually

click the play key.

The phone does not support the file format.

The network connection is unstable.

The phone's RAM is insufficient.

The source streaming media is of poor quality.
