October | 2017 Download the Pettion app to your mobile device from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Just search for “Pettion”. Once installed, open the app and select “User Registration” to create a Pettion account. Please Note – Your account username and password must be a minimum of 6 characters each.

October | 2017 Once you’ve created your Pettion account, it’s time to pair your mobile device to the Knox Pet Feeder. You can do this either via Bluetooth or a QR Code (Tip – Bluetooth sets up faster!) Bluetooth – On the app, tap “Searching Machine”. Then just follow the steps to pair your mobile device like you would with any other Bluetooth device.

October | 2017 Now that you have paired your mobile device to the Knox Pet Feeder, it’s time to connect the Knox Pet Feeder to your Wi-Fi network! Go to “Setting > Machine Connection” in the Pettion app. The Pettion app will search for available Wi-Fi networks. Select your network and enter in your Wi-Fi password if needed.
