    3 • Installation of Standard ASM OR ESM Models 3.1 Check the Mortise Handing Compare the mortise with the diagram below. If the mortise is the correct handing for the door, continue with step 3.2. Refer to Appendix A.1 to change the handing of a Door Handing (Top View) field-reversible mortise.
