Single Outdoor HD Wireless IP Camera
Getting Started Guide
1.

UNPACK

Unpack the Cocoon Single Outdoor HD Wireless IP Camera from the packaging and check you have all the
components:
1x IP Camera
1x Wi-Fi Antenna
1x Adaptor
1x 1M Ethernet Cable
4x Mounting Screws with sleeves
Note - The following steps will guide you through setting up using P2P with a smartphone device

ATTACH ANTENNA

Screw the Wi-Fi Antenna onto the connector located on the side of the IP Camera, until the
antenna is firmly in place
Note - The antenna will have some connector thread remaining

CONNECT TO POWER

Using the included power adaptor, connect one end to the Adaptor Port on the IP Camera, then connect the other
end to a power outlet and switch on
4.

DOWNLOAD AND SETUP COT PRO

a. Using an Android device; install the 'COT Pro' app from the Google Play Store*
b. Using an Apple device; install the 'COT Pro' app from iTunes App Store*
Once the app has downloaded and completed installation, launch the app
If this is your first time using COT Pro, you will need to create an account. Select 'Register by
email' at the bottom of the COT Pro login screen and follow the steps to create a new account
Note - Data charges may apply if downloading via mobile connection, check with your mobile carrier for details. ALDI

Note - "Register by phone" is currently not available in Australia.

INSERT ETHERNET CABLE

Insert Ethernet cable into the camera's Ethernet port. Insert the other end of the cable into your router's Ethernet port
