Then slide the bolt through a seat stop hole as shown below. The second hole from the front of the Rowbike is a good place to start. Ultimately, you will want to use the hole that best suits you. The proper adjustment is so that at full extension, your legs are almost, but not quite fully extended.

Step 6: Installing the reflector Using the bolt, washers and nut supplied. Install the reflector using one washer against the bolt head and the other against the nut. Tighten using a wrench and an allen wrench. Page | 10...

Step 7: Putting on the chain Loop the chain around the Dave Cam as shown below: To do this you will need to pull a lot of chain slack out of the power bar and manipulate the slack through the derailleur and over the sprockets. Collect enough chain to loop it over the Dave Cam.

Step 8: Checking the cables Check that the cables don’t bind on the power bar. Pull the power bar back and look at where the black cables exit at the bottom of the power bar tube. If you find a cable binding, simply feed more cable through by lightly pulling on the cable as shown.

Remove the protective packaging from your new Rowbike Step 11: Tighten the handle bars With the Rowbike upright, check that the handle bars and the front wheel are both straight. Then make sure to tighten up the handle bars with the allen wrench (see step 3).

Congratulations, you are ready for; YOUR FIRST ROWL!! Now that you have your new Rowbike assembled you are ready for your first ride! The two most important things to remember are: ALWAYS have one foot in a foot rest, whether starting, stopping or just stopped.
