- Page 9 Then slide the bolt through a seat stop hole as shown below. The second hole from the front of the Rowbike is a good place to start. Ultimately, you will want to use the hole that best suits you. The proper adjustment is so that at full extension, your legs are almost, but not quite fully extended.

- Page 11 Step 7: Putting on the chain Loop the chain around the Dave Cam as shown below: To do this you will need to pull a lot of chain slack out of the power bar and manipulate the slack through the derailleur and over the sprockets. Collect enough chain to loop it over the Dave Cam.
- Page 12 Step 8: Checking the cables Check that the cables don’t bind on the power bar. Pull the power bar back and look at where the black cables exit at the bottom of the power bar tube. If you find a cable binding, simply feed more cable through by lightly pulling on the cable as shown.
