The two loc on my bike will only release to the first mode but not the all open mode, how do I fix that or what could be causing it?
To fix the TWINLOC on your Scott bike if it only releases to the first mode and not the all-open mode, follow these steps:
1. Unlock to Full Open Mode: Ensure the TWINLOC system is set to the full open position.
2. Loosen the Lock Screw: Use a 2mm Allen wrench to loosen the lock screw on the remote.
3. Adjust the Cable Tension: Keep the cable tight and rotate the remote wheel towards the frame (left) by about 2-3 millimeters.
4. Lock the Cable: Secure the cable by tightening the lock screw back down.
5. Test the Lockout: Set the TWINLOC to full lockout and check if the shock is now properly adjusting through all modes.
This should allow the system to release properly to the all-open mode.
