User’s Manual for CR-SIW21WB-20 2.2 How Does It Work The single-band indoor amplifiers operating within one band guarantee better cellular service and reduce dropped calls by enhancing signal strength. The in-building repeaters work combining with two antennas. One is donor antenna and the other one is service antenna.

User’s Manual for CR-SIW21WB-20 Chapter 3 INSTALLATION 3.1 Overview The following steps can be followed in the in-building repeater’s installation Step1 Determine the internal antennas positions and install the antennas on roof or wall. Step2 Install the repeater inside at convenient (considering the power supply) and safe (far away from other electrical appliances for heat-dissipation) location.
  • Page 15 User’s Manual for CR-SIW21WB-20 Omni-directional Antennas Application For narrow area coverage, such as covering a narrow aisle or garden road, install the internal antenna (generally use directional panel antenna) at one side of the target area, and rotate the direction of the internal antenna pointing directly to the rest of the coverage area.

User’s Manual for CR-SIW21WB-20 3.3 In-building Repeater Installation Select a suitable location for repeater installation. The installation location should be convenient for AC power supply and safe, dry, cool and with adequate ventilation for heat-dissipation. In addition, considering the cable loss, the minimize coaxial cable lengths to these antennas is better, in other words, the repeater should be installed near to service antennas.
