Page 9: Before Troubleshooting
Before troubleshooting Please make sure that your PC/notebook Input Status is HDMI in, and output signals for TV/Monitor to SCART CVBS signals out. How to connect the device correctly? ■ Connect TV/Monitor with the device by qualified HDMI Cable. ■ Power On the device by using USB Power cable or 5V, 1A USB Charger. (Please use Branded 5V, 1A USB Chargers for enough power supply to avoid insufficient power issue.). - Page 10 ■ The Video signal is not out - Check TV/Monitor input channel is SCART CVBS. - Check SCART Cable is tightly connected with the device. - Check if you choose the right signal of NTSC / PAL. - Check the Power Supply is sufficient. Strongly suggest branded USB Charger, which supply real 5V, 1A power.
- Page 11 ■ The picture is not clearly when using. - Plug off the HDMI Cable from the connecting device, after 5 seconds TV will show colorful testing picture, and display NO SIGNAL. - If the colorful testing picture is clear, then the device is no problem, the input HDMI signal source has problem.
