SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS IMPORTANT! The HydroMax Trainer is rated for a maximum load of 265lbs/120kgs. Do Not Overload. Be sure to read all instructions before use. ALWAYS place your trainer on a flat, level surface. Make sure that all parts, knobs and screws are securely tightened and rods are free of cracks or defects.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Attaching the Resistance Unit to the Trainer Figure 1 Figure 2 1) Using the Resistance Unit Mounting Bolt (C), attach the Resistance Unit (B) to the Trainer Frame (A) through the bracket at the base of the frame. See Figure 1. 2) Place the Washer and Lock Nut (D) to the Mounting Bolt (C), Figure 2.

Over-tightening will cause both excessive tire wear and possible damage to the trainer. See Figure 7. 4) Place the Riser Block (Part G) under the front wheel as shown below.
