  • Page 3 CHAIR ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS: Line up the screw holes of one side of the seat and back rest to one of the chair sides and screw in place with the Allen wrench provided. Then screw the second chair side to the opposite side of the seat and back rest. Attach the plastic hooks of the 5 point harness to the metal rings on the bottom of the back part of the seat.
