MEAN VALUE MEASUREMENT

Instantaneous values may not be informative enough under strongly
fluctuating conditions.
ManoAir100 therefore provides two ways for mean value readings
(damping).
A) standard (preset) averaging time of 6 secs.
B) individual time setting from 2s...2h..
Mean value is displayed after lapse of such time.
A) Standard 6-secs averaging time
With pitot tube brought to the measuring point.
Press <Rep> key.
Display shows countdown of seconds from 6 to 0, followed by mean
value reading.
If pressing of <Rep> key is followed immediately by pressing
key, the continuous values are displayed with MEAN sign blinking
on and off.
Countdown is performed internally. Mean value reading is dis-
played afterwards.
